These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cache County, Utah.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
